Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy

50% deposit required within 10 days of booking to hold reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to your hunt. Payment of deposit can be made by check, credit card or money order. The balance is payable only by cash, money order or credit card. If you cancel your hunt your deposit is non-refundable. If you find a replacement you will receive a 100% credit. If we find a replacement you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit OR you can reschedule your hunt within the same season (if available) and use 50% of your deposit towards your rescheduled hunt. Deposits of no shows will not be credited towards another persons hunt.
