Two year old black lab female (Y factored). Had a few months of pro training last winter in Tx. Hunted 30 days this past fall in SD. Very obedient, ff, cc, and was on the T field when pheasant season opened. She has pointed since 7 weeks of age and has had no pointing training as of yet. Loves water, clean and quiet in the kennel. Anyone can hunt her and w/o a collar. Perfect dog for a family setting w/kids!

Training has included obedience, force fetch, force to pile, introduced to three handed casting, training for upland and retrieving work on land and water. Though Woody has no pointing titles in his pedigree he showed strong pointing instincts so his training this summer was geared more for upland hunting. Woody is very easy handling in the field and will whoa on a verbal command, change direction on his name or a toot...toot. He is steady to flush and gun nearly 100% of the time.

Bought as a 7 wk old pup. Raised to 4 months old in house and crate trained. Currently in outdoor kennel. He is pointing birds and has had a few birds shot for him. He is a natural at using his nose and has a good hunt pattern. Training done is ob, gun and bird intro, collar conditioned, basic ff is done and just started some casting. He delivers birds and bumpers nicely to hand with a soft mouth. This pup has come on strong in the last few weeks. If your seriously looking for an upland dog DON'T miss this pup.
