Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy

Below is our Deposit, Payment and Refund policy.

• 50% deposit required within 10 days of booking to hold reservations.
• Payment of deposit can be made by check, credit card or money order.
• Balance due 30 days prior to your hunt.
• The balance is payable only by cash, money order or credit card.
• If you cancel your hunt your deposit is non-refundable.
• If you find a replacement you will receive a 100% credit.
• If we find a replacement you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit OR you can reschedule your hunt within the same season (if available) and use 50% of your deposit towards your rescheduled hunt.
• Deposits of no shows will not be credited towards another persons hunt
