Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy
Below is our Deposit, Payment and Refund policy.
- 50% deposit required within 10 days of booking to hold reservations.
- Payment of deposit can be made by check, credit card or money order.
- Balance due 30 days prior to your hunt.
- The balance is payable only by cash, money order or credit card.
- If you cancel your hunt your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you find a replacement you will receive a 100% credit.
- If we find a replacement you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit OR you can reschedule your hunt within the same season (if available) and use 50% of your deposit towards your rescheduled hunt.
- Deposits of no shows will not be credited towards another persons hunt
